What is the maximum capacity?
Our average ceremony and reception is for 200 guests & the average wedding reception is 250 guests.
We are mostly an outside venue and can accommodate up to 300 guests without requiring a restroom trailer to be rented.
Can I select my own vendors?
Absolutely. We do require any vendors not listed on our preferred vendor list to be pre-approved before you sign a contract.
All vendors must carry insurance.
Can I bring my own alcohol for my event?
No. Unfortunately, due to liability reasons, we do not allow outside liquor to be brought into the venue.
You are able to purchase beverages for the bridal party through b&b bartending
What is the average wedding budget?
Every wedding is different when it comes to their total budget. There is a great variation in costs between vendors & the options you have for a wedding.
Our suggested starting budget is no less than $55,000 and our average total wedding cost is around $125,000.
