PAYMENTS & Booking

  • To secure your date you will need to sign the contract & pay the booking retainer

  • The deposit to book your date is 50% of the facility fee

  • The remaining facility fee is due 6 months prior to your event

  • A $2000 security deposit is due 30 days prior to your event

  • After the venue is evaluated and no damages are to be found, the remaining security  deposit will be returned no later than 30 days after your event

  • Credit card payments will receive a 5% processing fee

  • The pool is prohibited to be used during any event and will result in losing your full security deposit along with a $1000 fine and the event will end immediately

  • Final payments for enhancements & rentals are due 5 days prior to event

  • All third party retainers will be due immediately once you are ready to secure the rentals

Frequently asked questions

What is the maximum capacity?
 We are primarily an outside venue. Our average ceremony and reception is for 200-250 guests. We can accommodate up to 300 guests without requiring a restroom trailer to be rented.

Can I choose my own vendors? 
Absolutely! We do require any vendors not listed on our preferred vendor list to be pre approved before you sign a contract. All vendors must carry insurance.

What is the average wedding budget? 
As a premier wedding venue, we recommend a minimum budget of $55,000 for an exceptional experience. Typically our brides allocate between $75,00 and $100,000 for their total wedding expenses.

Can I bring my own alcohol for
my event? 

No. Unfortunately, due to liability reasons, we do not allow outside liquor to be brought into the venue. You are able to purchase beverages for the bridal party through B&B Bartending.

What time is Fountainview accessible? 
Fountainview mansion is accessible at 7 am on the day of the wedding. This gives access to vendors and the wedding party. With the exception if clients choose to spend the night prior to the wedding, this time will change.
